Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help!!! I have tried several different methods to be able to reset my administrator password, to no avail. The password generator doesn't work. Removing the battery and actually taking the thing apart didn't work. I'm at a loss. I'm not taking my laptop to Best Buy when I'm certain I can use what I know about computers to do the same job. I'm hoping that one of you fellow nerds out there can help me......... Thank you in advance!!
