Hello,

 

I have a ProBook x360 11 G5 EE that won't give me access to the BIOS (F2) or Advanced Options screen (F10). It informs me of a BIOS mismatch, however, don't know what caused it besides an automated update from our servers that only effected this device in a negative way.

The following error is what I get. Does anyone know how to potentially regain access to the bios so I can reimage the device?
