Product: HP Chromebook Model # 14a-na0131wm
Operating System: Chrome OS

HP Chromebook Model # 14a-na0131wm SN# [personal information removed]. It won't turn on. If it does turn on it is a completely black screen and there is no lights that indicate that it turned on. Charger plugged into it states that the computer is charging.
