Product: HP Chromebook - 14a-na0023cl

I can't get my chromebook to power on.  It's been plugged in now for almost 24 hours.  The little light next to the USB C power is solid white.  It was unplugged/not used for a month+ and now it won't turn on.  Any help or ideas is appreciated!  i've tried holding the power and refresh button several times but nothing.  No sounds or anything.
