Product: HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0013dx

Hello,  I have a  HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0013dx and the screen has gone completely black. It doesn’t power on at all. I’ve never dropped it or anything. I did recently buy a universal c type charger off Amazon to see if it was just my charger but it’s still not turning on. Any recommendations?
