Hi there i have a HP Dev One laptop, i just finished installing fedora linux 42 on here, the installation is complete and i'm trying to restart so i can boot into fedora. But when i turn it back on the screen is just black and no hp logo loading screen found. I turned it off and trying to enter the bios but the result is the same, i still stuck on black screen but this time there's a little text "F10...BIOS Setup Options", the laptop powered up just fine, i can see the keyboard light come up but after some time only the power button turn on and i hear the fan spinning.

before installing fedora, i did install pop os but i didn't like it so i want to try fedora. There might be some update or something that i did that messed up the BIOS. I look online for some troubleshooting guide, like the hard reset and bios repair one but my laptop still wont pass the black screen. The last guide suggest repairing the bios using the bios file but i look on hp official website and cant found it. Can you help me fix this issue

Thanks in advance
