Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

today this HP Diagnostic window popped up asking me to run the tool, so I did. I told my diagnostic tool is out of date.

There was a URL link I followed, but it lead to a generic site.

https://www.hp.com/us-en/home.html

I had to go through guesses to figure out what to do.

The site lead me to the page where I could identify the software updates, and there a lot of them Here is the list:

 AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver-sp158892.exe
ELAN Fingerprint Sensor Driver-sp154074.exe
HP Application Enabling Software Driver-sp153009.exe
HP Connection Optimizer-sp160169.exe
HP Laptop 17-cp2003ns (9U8J7EA) Software and Driver Downloads _ HP Support.pdf
HP Laptop 17-cp2003ns 9U8J7EA Software and Driver Downloads HP S.mp4
HP-BIOS-UPDATE-sp163315.exe
HP-RALTEC-Audio-sp154229.exe
HP-Synaptic-touchpad-sp158911.exe
Intel-Solidigm SSD Firmware Update-sp155903.exe
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver-sp153732.exe
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver-sp165740.exe
Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers-sp157102.exe
Samsung PM9C1 SSD Firmware Update-sp156710.exe
Western Digital SSD Firmware Update-sp156921.exe
WIN-DIAG-EFI-sp161698.exe
WIN-DIAG-sp165685.exe

I suspect I need to run the last two, but do I really need to run all these?

I renamed the files to have them discoverable, instead f the cryptic cpXXXXX file names.

Due to lack of further instructions, I am not sure which ones are critical. Can someone offer some guidance please?

Kind Regards,

Ryszard
