Product: HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC (6Q258AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi.
After Reinstalling the OS on a this dragonfly, when I boot up it comes up with an error:
"System security issue has been detected. HP Sure Run has failed to restore the platform software to a good working state"
We have forced the BIOS to reinstall, confirmed all HP Updates are installed by the HP Assistant, Reset the BIOS to default.
Hitting Escape sometimes allows the computer to boot, sometimes it goes back to this screen until esc is hit a second time.
The OS is taking 90 seconds to boot, usual is <15. I am unsure if it's related.
The only way we have been able to get the computer to boot error free is disabling this error.
