Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello community, my laptop keeps sending a "there is a problem with the HP Endpoint Security Controller on the unit. Please contact HP Inc to have the unit serviced" every time I start/boot it. I have tried reaching HP support to no avail. Can anyone please help me?
