I'm sorry, but HP only warranties their PCs for usage with the OS that comes preinstalled.
IF you replace that with a Linux distro, or add a Linux distro, then you assume full responsibility for maintaining that -- including solving any problems with booting the other OS and/or installing the other OS.
Your best bet for support with issues with Linux is to contact the support forum of the distro you are using.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

@WAWood
Thanks for you reply and comments, but im not agree with you because even for the reinstallation of windows i have to create an ISO asociated with a microsoft account and start the restauration in windows, then reboot and the installation continues, i got the same question, why i can't boot from an usb?? even if the usb have a windows image.
In the case of linux i can be agree with you only if i can boot from any device a distro, and then, i got a message error, in that case, will be a linux-distro problem, but if i can't boot from an usb only because the BIOS don't let do that, then (in my particulary point of view) the problem is in the BIOS laptop not in the ISO's or USB's or any other device, i think this because in the BIOS as i mentioned before, i got this symbol "!" (without quotes) in the option (usb boot device)
