Product: HP Envy 3165ngw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After allowing Windows updates and restart, my Envy 3165ngw notebook will not allow me to complete any advanced troubleshooting options. When trying to type in a Command Prompt mode, the characters are not in an US or Standard format. I am unable to get beyond that menu.
