HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP ENVY x360  is not powering on, its a 15month old laptop purchased directly from HP, all of a sudden its not powering on, the HP authorised service provider checked and repaired it, but again it went off the next day. When i contacted HP, they say the repair cost is more than 75% of the laptop cost and they can not provide the quote for the defective components. The HP service head team says verbally that they can not repair it and asking me to take the laptop back from the service centre. Does anyone experience this ? Organisation like HP saying they can not repair their 15month laptop, which they had repaired just 2 days back. Is HP Laptops quality so low that they cannot even repair it, can anyone help here.
