HP ENVY x360 - 15-u111dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I have an HP ENVY x360 - 15-u111dx that is stuck in a power loop. When I press the power button, the light on the power button turns on for about a second, and then off for about 7 seconds. It cycles through this pattern, powering the board "on" and "off" with each blink. I've connected a USB light to the USB ports on the board, and the USB light cycles in the same pattern. I've searched the forums for other solutions to this problem, so I've tried removing the battery, holding the power button for 15 seconds, and powering up off of just AC power. Then I tried it just on battery power. I've also attempted to reset the BIOS by holding the windows key and the B key while i power up. I've also tried reseting the memory modules. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
