Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop -15t-ed000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop is only 1.5 years old, rarely used and will not turn on. I had problems after an update, which I believe was with the bios, multiple restarts and now nothing. Power supply works fine and I get the light on at the port, but no other sign of life. I've removed the battery and tried every variation of the power button presses with the Windows button and "V", to no avail. 

 

If it is a dead laptop, is there a way to get a partial refund or discount on a new one?
