Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, Im beginning to think I have made a big mistake. I purchased the HP ENvy x360  Ryzen laptop less than a month ago now and Ive now had to retore the computer twice after constant blue screen issues. It starts off, once or twice  a day and gradually gets more and more often until it gets to the point where the it goes to blue screen from login screen constantly and the only option to restore.

I have numerous laptops, notebooks and desktops and have never had this issue before. Each time I have tp restore I have to spend hours putting my software back on. Im not sure whether AVG antivirus is part of the problem, but again I don't have an issue on any of my other machines.

This is getting very frustrating now. I don't have the time or patience to have to keep restoring everything. ANyone having similar issues and any suggestions?

Thanks

Kevin

@Kevbrad

You should not be having problems like this with a new PC!

You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.

Unfortunately, we are NOT HP Tech Support and we have no way to diagnose or repair your PC, so while this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.

I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet to check out the problems.

If they are unable to fix your PC, then you need to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.

NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
