HP ENVY x360 lost power

Hello, 

My Envy x360 laptop lost power and now won't start. No lights whatsoever. 

Tried unplugging the power cord and adapter,  moved it to another outlet, pressed and held the power button for 10-15 seconds. Nothing worked. 

I have barely used this laptop.  In 10/2021 HP replaced the battery as it was bad. Now the laptop's out of warranty and is not working. 

Anyone experiencing such a problem? Any suggestions?

Hi,

Does the charging LED come on when plugged in?

Can you try a different charger?

You should press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds with no charger connected to perform power reset.

No lights whatsoever plugged in or not. The   

The laptop has a 65W charger/adapter and it's in perfect condition. I tried another charger/adapter but still no power or lights.

BTW, the battery was fully charged when the laptop lost power. 

Before this post I followed the troubleshooting steps at HP Digital Assistant to do a power reset but with no effect.

I think if nothing else works I'll have to open the machine & take out the battery then put it back in.
