Hello Everyone,
I want to update the bios on my Elite book 820 G3. The company that I bought it from had a batch of about 20 of them therefore I believe it used to be a company's laptop. I have tried to reset the administrator password by removing the on-board battery, press the power button for 30 seconds and leave it for 20 minutes. At the first restart it tells me that the default bios setting have been applied, the date has been reset, and to press enter to restart. Once I do that when I press F10 to re-enter bios it still tells me it is administrator protected.
Laptop serial number :[edit]
Product id: L4Q17AV
Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thank you
