HP EliteBook 8530w

Hi, I have a problem with my computer not booting, it powers on, the cooling fan kicks in at full speed, there is no image (not a screen issue already tried connecting to another screen) and the caps/num lock lights both flash briefly at the same time five times, with a 2-3s interval in between.

I suspect a CPU or motherboard failure but I can't find the info anywhere on the lights code for this laptop, does anyone know what this pattern means?

Thanks
