Microsoft Windows 11

My HP elitebook was working fine and then yesterday I went to turn it in and the screen is black. I can’t power on.  The caps lock and the power button are blinking once every few seconds.  It also does not seem to respond when I connect the charging cable and the light next to the charging cable blinks 5 times alternating white and orange.

I have t done any recent updates, and I have not had any recent suspicious emails/etc.

thanks in advance for any advice.
