HP Recommended

The laptop powered down automatically due to the battery being empty. When trying to start again by pressing the power buton, nothing happens. Capslock led is permanently on and the power led on the right side is permanently blinking (no pattern). I tried to press power button for 30 seconds (it goes off after about 10 seconds, but when I release it again same behaviour as before), unplug the power cord, even opened the case and unplugged the battery pack for a few minutes - no change. Any ideas? I can provide a video if necessary.
