HP EliteBook 8560p Notebook PC

Hi, I'm James from Italy and sorry for my english translated with google. A few days ago I broke my hard disk HDD Sata. I wanted to buy an SSD but then I bought another HDD . I changed the hard drive , and i try to install windows 10 from a usb key, From this moment all problems started. The Notebook is no longer able to enter in to the Bios with the F10 key , sometimes I manage to enter, but only a few times .I did the BIOS recovery but I think I made the situation worse.

I put some photos of the error when switching on and also of the bios setting.    Please Help me
