Elitebook 8740w
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all

So I'm having a problem with the Elitebook 8740w BIOS and infact I need to update it
When I'm trying to do so it asks me for an password that is set to it

When I boot up my laptop, and choose BIOS settings it also pop up an profile named Administrator and asks for an password to it

I don't remember setting it up for the whole time that I've been using it, so I asume it's an default profile set by HP

I've tried to restart it trough CMOS and 3rd software programs, but it didn't help at all

Also I've contacted HP Support, but they retransferred me to Europe region (Where I'm from and where it was bought) and it Europe region doesn't have any chat/phone/email support at all

So my last hope is you
