HP Elitebook 745 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In our environment we have a series of different HP Notebooks all experiencing the same issues. Elitebook 745 G5 & G6, Probook 450 G8 and Elite X2 1012 G2. When on the HP G4 & G5 Dock the computer will randomly freeze up forcing users to shutdown in many cases over 5 times a day, it also fails to wakeup fully from a sleep, also forcing the users to shutdown by holding the power button to get it back up. When restarting computers with Blue Screen Of Death randomly as well. We have about 300+ of these laptops with 300+ G4 & G5 docks that this is occurring on. We run Windows 1809 LTSC on these devices. We have updated to the latest drivers provided by download with HP Support Assistant and upgraded the firmware on the dock models that we use. We have been running this type of configuration for years without issue. It appears to have started within the last 2-3 months and become more prevalent as users return to work. This makes me believe it was caused by Windows 10 updates and I am wondering if anyone else has come across this or found a solution. If you can provide any insight it would be appreciated. Thank you.
