Hello,
I have a 1yo Elitebook 650 G9, it was never used.
I recently had to configure it for a new team member, but when i wanted to start it, i have a strange blinking sequence, then the computer enter a state where i can't start it and Battery indicator blink 8 times when I use the power button
The blinking sequence when i plug the AC adapter :
- Keyboard LED lights up for a split seconds
- Mic and mute LED get an amber light for about 2sec
- Num Pad LED and battery indicator LED get a white light for about 3s
- Everything goes black after
Everytime i press the power button after that, nothing happens, except for 8 short blink on battery indicator
What I tried so far :
- Remove the AC Adapter, push the power button for about 20s, plug it back
- Let the AC Adapter connected for few hours
- Tried to boot without AC adapter
Any help is welcome
