Product: HP Elitebook x360 1020 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I have a user with an issue on her laptop. Its an HP Elitebook x360 1020 G2.
50% of the times when she boots up her PC the screen is all black except a button where you can select different keyboards.
I have attached a picture of my PC (I have the same model) the difference is that she does not get the HP logo and text "Protected by HP Sure Start" She only sees the icon which I have marked in red down to the right. If you power off the PC and start it again it starts normally.
Anyone know what might be the issue here?
