HP Envy 13 laptop when powered on goes to black screen

Whenever I boot up my laptop the power light turns on but the screen does not seem to turn on. The last things I done in the last 2 weeks before this issue started were to install the latest windows 10 updates and in the last couple days on the day the problem started install Microsoft Teams. Then I put the laptop to sleep from the power option. Then I tried to wake it and the screen was just black. I then powered it off and on, and the screen is just black. Now I am stuck with this black screen.

I have tried connecting an external monitor to see if it works, It doesn't. I have tried to boot it into the bios and recovery it, no luck. 

Open to all options to try to fix.

There is a technical problem here ...

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- [recommended ] Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- [recommended ] The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Short circuit test

- BIOS / startup chip test

- Power charger test

- Battery Test/Replacement

- General cleaning ...

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
