Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 17-cg0005nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello, all of a sudden I don't seem to be able to turn on my Envy anymore. No LED, no sign of life, nothing. The power connector is working. I tried all the first suggested steps, like pressing the Start button for ~15 sec and so on. Nothing works. First of all, what could it be? How could this have happened? I didn't have any problems with this PC in four years. Is it serious? What other solutions are available?
