Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My fully charged HP Envy 360 (about 2.5 years old) would not start up when I pressed the power button. The light next to the charging port was on even though I did not have the laptop connected to the charger. I was eventually able to start my laptop after holding the power button for a minute. Any ideas on what may have been the cause of the issue and how to prevent it in the future? This has never happened to me before.

Hi,

By performing a power reset the PC is working again.

I would not really worry about it if it does not represent itself. The PC could have been in a sleeping state or some update or software not shutting down properly.

Anyway, let us know if it happens again.
