My Envy 360 laptop will not power on. I used it last night and put in sleep mode. This morning, it will not power on. The battery is fully charged, the led on the power button blinks once every 5 seconds, along with an orange led by the hard drive symbol on the side. When I press the power button, the led comes on for about 5 seconds then returns to the blink. There are no beeps or leds on the keyboard lighting up. I've tried the 'reset' option listed in the virtual assistant. When I do this, the power led stops blinking until i press the power button, then returns to the 5 second blink sequence. This laptop has a closed case, so there is not access to battery, memory modules, etc. without opening the laptop case. Battery is fully charged and power supply light shows white. Any help is appreciated.

After no progress with the tips from HP virtual assistant and forum posts, I removed the case bottom and removed the battery so that I could be assured of a hard shutdown. After battery was removed, I disconnected and reconnected the power adapter. I pressed the 'windows' and 'B' keys and started the laptop. A bios screen appeared stating that bios had been restored. I pressed 'enter' and the laptop booted into Windows. HP Assistant indicated that a bios update was recommended. I downloaded the updater and initiated installation. Upon completion, the laptop attempted to reboot. However, the original problem returned (blinking power and hard drive lights). Despite repeating the previous steps, the unit fails to power on.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. I tried contacting support, but the laptop is out of warranty. The only option the support link would provide is the virtual assistant. I took the unit to a local repair shop. Diagnosis- motherboard issue.
I purchased a new laptop, yesterday. I am now a Dell customer.
