Product: HP ENVY x360 13 Convertible PC (231N6AV)

Hi, I'm facing a problem only HP Envy x360 convertible laptop, the laptop does not turn on if i press the power key and it gives me the 5 Long and 3 Short blinking error code on my caps lock key, my laptop is out of warranty and I had this issue fixed 2 months ago, it worked fine for 2 months, now the same Issue has resurfaced!! Should I consider replacing the motherboard? If so how much does it usually cost to do so for this laptop? 

Any help is greatly appreciated as I'm a struggling grad school student who can't afford a new pc right now, thank you for reading this post, have a great day!
