I tried awakening my laptop after it went into sleep mode. Screen remained blank for several minutes. I pressed the power button and held it to reset the laptop. When it turned on, the light was on, the fan is on, and the little hard drive light next to the headphone jack is on, but the screen still black. I tried resetting the BIOS by holding the windows key + b and it ran through this process. After restarting itself, the HP logo comes on but then goes black. I tried resetting the CMOS, same thing happened. After an hr of running circles with phone support, rerouting me back to the same #... I'd figure I'd try here. Someone please help!
update: 9.12.19

Short DST: FAILED
Failure ID: 9SGBH9-8Q49JE-GXGGRF-60S603
Product ID: 1KS87UA#ABA

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'm sure you used a template response nd didn't type all that without noticing this is a laptop, not a desktop as your response assumes. Do you have a resolution for my product description?
