Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V5AV)

The battery was left flat and now the machine is saying requires a power on password as the BIOS has reset iteself.

 

I have tried the ESC on startup to try and get the code so I can submit it to get a new password, but I can not get it to work and after 3 attempts it just says to power laptop off.

 

It doesnt let you get to the BIOS by pressing F10 either. 

 

I don't remember ever setting this password.
