I turned my laptop on for the fist time in months and the screen just continues to run on the restarting menu. I ha e done the f10 and f9 as suggested on in the community chat.

Hello @BzyMom 

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Power off notebook

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Connect external <USB wired> keyboard

(6) Power on notebook. What happens ?

(7) Please report your results
