Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy m7 u009dx

Since new, boot time has been brutally long for this laptop.  Often, 20 minutes.  Contacted HP many times, their tech support was nearly useless.  They had be do disk cleanup, things like that.

I poked around blogs, found very old posts,  mostly related to broken windows updates.  this is not the problem here.  Wondering if anyone has found an update or configuration change to fix this.

I usually hibernate, and just started from there, this "boots" reasonable time.  But if the power goes out, its back to half hour startup.    I can't believe HP left customers in the lurch like this.
