Product: HP ENVY - 17m-bw0013dx

I plugged my HP ENVY into a HDMI cable and Rebooted the machine. 
It won't boot at all anymore. It will power on, the fan comes on, the power button turns on and the CAPS LOCK light flashes 3 times slowly, 5 times fast, then 3 times slowly again.
It will then Chirp and power off and the power on again with the CAPS LOCK light again blinking 3 times slowly and 5 times fast endlessly.
The entire time the screen stays completely black/blank.
I have taken it apart and checked for any damaged components.
Is the CAPS LOCK light some code for diagnosing?
How do get it to the boot screen and get my laptop back?

You will have to work your way down to where it asks about the flashing lights
