Hello,
The issue with my laptop is that whenever it is plugged into charge, after a few minutes of use (with or without any apps open) it will crash. It either BSODs or just goes black and restarts immediately. The BSOD will note different things such as 'irql not less or equal' and other errors. If it is running on just the battery it works perfectly fine. I've tried using a USB-C charger but the result is the same. I notice it also does not crash in safe mode.
This did not happen when I first bought the laptop, only several months later did this start to happen. Nothing I've tried has worked so far. Please help!
