Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello my laptop wont turn on without my charger plugged in. I've bought a new one and switched the old one and still had the same problem and i took the battery out and plugged in the charger and it turned on. Which means there is nothing wrong with the battery and the charger. Could anyone help me with this issue, thanks.

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...

OK, if it won't power up using ONLY the battery, and it won't power up with the charger AND the battery -- the problem most likely is that the battery is DEAD -- as that will present some HP laptops from starting.

 

I had that with an older HP DV6 and I had to buy a new battery.  Then when the laptop was running, I took out the new one, put the old one back in -- and it started charging.  After that, I had no problems.
