Product: HP Folio 9470m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I tried to reset my HP folio 9470m, but nothing happened. Now Caps lock blinking every second and screen is blank. Also color of wifi button is amber. Since battery is fixed therefore I cannot take it out. Can you help me please!
