Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! My HP G62 laptop turns on, and the fans spin up, but the caps lock button light blinks with an interval of 4 seconds and does not stop. I even left it on for about 5 mins, but nothing. The screen is also black with both the internal display and an external monitor. What might be the issue is that the CD drive was starting to fail. It was starting then stopping over and over then eventually giving up. I shut down the computer during that session and a few days later (today as of posting this) I turned it back on and the caps lock blinked.

I've used that site and the video didn't talk about that code the site for the other codes is gone and the codes under the video don't mention it
