Hello @countryjet123

You are using a very old notebook...

BIOS F.37 Rev. A is the latest for G72-120EG
Compatible devices:
VY080EA, VY080EAR

Use HP Diagnostics for Windows:

- Perform all tests

- Test your battery

- Check your hard drive ( S.M.A.R.T. Test, Short and Long DST drive self test )

Check Notebook:

- Test RTC (realtime clock) CR2032 battery. Should have 3V (volts)

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.

Good luck

Hi, Thanks for your reply and help. I just tried a tip from internet and that was I remove electric cable and battery from the laptop, then I press Power Button for 15 Seconds, and then I put the battery again in laptop, and start the laptop and windows load.

Once again I am thankfull for your quick help.
