Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I have an HP Pavilion x360 14-dh0017la  it stop working one day and caps lock blinks 3 long times and then 6 short times, so I cannot turn it on it shows black screen without backlight and fan after a few minutes after turn the pc on, start to spin very fast.

What I can do?
