Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1J6N4AV)

Dear team, 

I purchased my HP Envy Laptop in US and using in India from past 2 years. Suddenly it stopped booting up. when I plugin the power adapter I see a still white light and when I click on the Power button its not booting up.

Please help to locate the support center in Bangalore ( near to the postal code : 560077)
