My laptop is not booting, even I can't go boot option, Bios Setup and other options.
It show only a this display.
I try every possible solutions like power drain, hard disk change etc.

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
That model PC comes with different OS versions preinstalled. Your post mentions Win7 but the recent versions come with Win10.
So, what OS version did yours come with?
