Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is stuck on the HP loading screen. I can't use any if the F key commands to open any if the menus; it shows the text saying it's entering the menu but it never does. I'm not sure what to do at this point because I can't control any other tools on the computer. The only thing that I can do hard power it off and on. Previous to this happening I was installing Microsoft 365 office on the drive and the laptop shut off or went to sleep before it finished. When I tried to turn it back in this problem arose.

The HP logo screen is contained in the firmware of the BIOS and no accessing of the drive is needed to display it.

If the PC does not get beyond that, this generally means the drive has failed -- and it would need to be replaced and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
