hp laserjet pro 4001dn

Hello to all HP Printer experts

I just connect a brand new hp Laserjet Pro 4001dn which connect to a Fire dispatch system at a Fire Hall. I went into to the Menu and try to set up settings relating to the Power Saving mode.

Set the Sleep Delay (Min.) setting --> 60 Mins, I think this is the Max value

Set the Shutdown after Sleep (Hr.) setting ---> 8 Hours, I think this is the Max Value

Set the Disable Shutdown setting -----> When ports are active: The printer will not shut down unless all ports are inactive.

However, based on the settings I made mentioned above, the printer still goes into sleep mode somehow. The firemen told me that it was in sleep mode when a call came through at one point,  and had no print out until we pressed the ok button to take it out of sleep mode.

May I know is there anyway to disable the power saving mode completely and ensure the printer is awake 24 X 7 ?

Please kindly advise ASAP.

Many thanks in advance.
