Product: HP 245 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I have been updated my PC to  Windows 10 version 1809 after that when I turn on PC both HP and Windows Logo is not showing. Help me to fix it.1559362334367955706537.jpg

Hi,

Try updating all HP drivers and BIOS using HP support assistant (in Start menu you can find application)

or update BIOS directly from here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-245-g6-notebook-pc/15932871/swItemId/o...
