Apologies if this has been answered already.
I work as a PC technician, I have completed the " HP Commercial and Consumer Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks Service Qualification (Release 6.0/ 2022)". That didn't come with a Cert ID so the most I could do to verify is post the image of the Cert I have with my name on it.
I'm looking for any support in programming some of the system boards that I work with. I have a tool available to me that works about 85% of the time to "lock" the systemboard with the system unique data I have entered. However sometimes it won't work, I'm not sure if there is something more up to date that would be better to use. Any help is appreciated.
As an additional thing that is part of the same problem, I sometimes get an error regarding the MPM info that reads "Cirrus Discrete Amp info is missing" this issue has appeared the most on the HP ZBook Firefly variant (16-inch G10 in my case).

You misunderstand our role here. We are only a self-help forum staffed by part-tine volunteers assisting HP customers with personal computer issues. We are not in a position to provide you any assistance with the issues you have indicated.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

I see, thank you for specifying that. My intent was to talk to someone from HP. I can't figure out the best way to do that. I know there is the HP WISE site, but from what I can tell I cannot create that account myself, and the company I work for has not informed me of one to use. Thank you.

I understand your concern but we here have no way to talk to any customers and we are not allowed to provide any HP phone numbers because when we did, years ago, scammers got the numbers and ripped off HP customers using them.
