Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hello to all, I am in need of help and will greatly appreciate any and all advice. I have an HP MT44 thin client windows 10 IOT 64bit and am having issue with booting up. 

 

 Black screen the power led blinks white/orange and the cap lock button blinks white slowly. When I pull the main battery out and the button cell battery then plug it all back in I get a light up keyboard a beep and the above said lights.

 

Any idea what could be wrong?
