1-i try pressing "esc" when i boot 

2- pressing "F11" when i restart 

and it doesnt work

Hi:

Your PC come out long before UEFI BIOS's existed.

What you want to do is not possible on your notebook. 

No UEFI BIOS, and no way to make it one.

If you need to boot from another device, you tap the F9 key at the beginning of the HP welcome screen.
