HP Recommended

Hi My laptop not starting up, even on hard boot. No power passing no noise nothing. Local technician told ic ddamaged he tried couple of IC and now saying board might be moistured. Please let me know what could be issue and how to reach HP support nearby

If there’s absolutely no power, no charging light, fan, or sound, it could be a power or motherboard issue. Since a technician has already worked on the board, I’d avoid having them try more IC replacements without proper diagnosis. Try HP’s hard reset procedure first, and if there’s still no response, Contact HP support or an authorized service center, especially if the laptop is still under warranty.
